- Teachers think it is someone else's
responsibility to do marketing
- There is no synergy between different classes
and programs to market and increase student population
- Professional educators don't have marketing
and/or sales skills
- Because the teachers classrooms are boring,
i.e. they need to energize, entertain, enthuse their teaching.
- Teachers are not using technology, tips,
tricks and traps to recruit and retain
- The schools marketing materials are old
- The Vision and Mission of the school are
"soft" and well understood
- The Adult Education department is not on board
and helping with recruitment
- More fun in the classroom is needed
